Acting as the owner for a technology product in a horizontal services team supporting multiple business areas

Partnering with multiple clients of the products and define roadmap and prioritization of delivery

As a Product Owner, assess cost and resource requirements and manage conflicting needs from multiple programs

Create a communication strategy in scope and delivery of product, both for strategic and tactical changes

Acting as the central point-of-contact for change management for the product

Providing direction and oversight to business analysts and project managers supporting delivery teams

Working with multiple delivery teams, resolve conflicts and drive execution

Responsible for strategic execution of manufacturing & supply chain strategies

Accountable to deliver multi-year transformations of process through supply chain functional areas

Maintain positive relationships between Manufacturing and closely linked functional areas

Leads a team of analysts with a consistent global lens to ensure processes are optimized and scalable across divisions and regions

Ensure ongoing business processes aligns and supports strategic priorities

Creates work plans, and monitor progress to ensure projects complete on time and on budget

• Meet with Stakeholders to understand the strategic vision for the Product

Qualifications for business owner

• Previous experience within a similar product management role
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into business and product requirements
• At least 5 years of IT experience, including 3 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems
• Deep understanding of web service technologies, user interface/interaction, and knowledge of Systems Development and Project Management Lifecycles
• Outstanding leadership and motivational skills – possessing a willingness to empower inspire commitment and positive attitude in the team
• Mortgage domain experience preferred
